Instructions for Exchange or Credit

• Please return a copy of invoice with detailed instructions (ie. exchange or credit, etc.).
• If a credit is requested, please include credit card number and expiration date (For security reasons, PF does not keep credit card numbers on record).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returns must be in sellable condition.

PF will not ship overseas

Foreign orders will be limited to North America (Canada and Mexico). All orders outside of the U.S. are shipped Express Messenger International. Larger orders may not be able to be sent to a P.O. Box. Shipping and Handling is 30% of the total order amount or a minimum of $15.00. The 30% includes all duties and taxes.
